Our client, a leading international retailer, is looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join their team for until year end to help with back log. The ideal candidate would be available to start immediately.
- Process orders in SAP ensuring pricing and requested deliver dates are processed correctly.
- Proactively expedite Order to Invoice conversion, ensuring stock allocation is balanced with urgent orders.
- Support trade partners, providing accurate information about stock availability, delivery information and general administration requests.
- Ensure up to date product knowledge to be able to proactively provide information on alternative products when required.
- Actively work to reduce logistics costs linked to delivery inefficiencies.
- Provide support to Credit Control and Sales Departments on all orders blocked for delivery.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
- 2 years’ office administration experience.
- Fluent English and professional telephone manner.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables and formulae.
- Knowledge of SAP advantageous
This is a full time contract role from the 4th of December to the 29th of December. Candidates must be available for work over the Christmas period.
