RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily bank account reconciliation
- Oversight of excel accounts ledger and budgeting/forecasting for each property entities
- Collation of expenditure and documentation for tax and VAT compliance purposes
- Preparing property-related documents, briefings and reports
- Preparation and filing of tenant rent, licence, and fee invoices
- Diary and workflow - arranging calls and meetings
- Liaise with external parties in relation to property management to include tenants, banks, legal, accountants, statutory bodies, architects, building contractors, estate agents, utilities, and property management companies
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 3 years bookkeeping experience
- Advanced MS Office and IT skills are essential (OneDrive, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- QuickBooks or similar accounting system
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent attention to detail
- Strong customer/business focused ethos
