Our client, an accounting practice in Co. Kildare, is looking for a Bookkeeper/Receptionist for an initial 3 month contract with view of permanency.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General bookkeeping duties
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • RCT
  • VAT/ PAYE Returns
  • General revenue queries
  • Answering telephone
  • Greeting clients
  • Managing diary
  • General typing and filing
  • Adhoc duties

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar position.
  • Experience with VAT, RCT and PAYE
  • Good administration skills
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Sage an advantage
  • Able to work well independently
