Our client, a leading concrete manufacturer, is seeking a contracts co-ordinator to join their team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Duties:

  • Update and ensure Business and Management systems are running optimally
  • Update Contracts Tracking system ensuring all leads are followed up accordingly
  • Update Machinery Fleet Management system ensuring defects are attended to and dealt with accordingly
  • Update H&S Management System ensuring compliance with Safe-T-Cert and close out any and all issues that may arise
  • Administration and maintenance of Contract files
  • Provide assistance with Project billing, Project tendering and Project costing
  • Identify any areas of improvement for existing systems
  • Be fully compliant with Company Health & Safety: policies, procedures, systems and rules, report all hazards and incidents and ensure that you work safely at all times

REQUIREMENTS

Requirements:

  • Recognised 3rd level qualification in relevant field (Construction) is desirable
  • Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of construction contracts essential
  • Construction industry experience is an advantage
  • Experience of business management systems desirable
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a high paced, deadline orientated environment
  • Excellent IT skills (MS Office, Business Management Systems)
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A team player with flexibility
