Corporate Receptionist

Our client, a successful multinational is seeking a Corporate Receptionist on a 3-day week based in Citywest. The role is initially on a contract basis with a possibility of permanency.

Hours: 9am to 5pm

Days: Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday

  • Greeting & addressing all clients/ guests in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Managing the visitor sign in process, issuing relevant security passes & advising on any specific H&S requirements
  • Issuing and monitoring all access cards for the buildings
  • Answering all calls in an efficient manner, and transferring calls as appropriate
  • Ordering and tracking of taxis
  • Ordering and processing of couriers
  • Booking and setting up meeting rooms for internal meetings
  • Sorting, logging and distributing all incoming and outgoing post


  • Corporate receptionist experience or working within a customer service role in a professional environment
  • Confident dealing with clients & executives at all levels
  • Relevant experience of a busy front of house reception area
  • Exceptional professional etiquette and personal grooming
  • Excellent telephone manner & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks and matters
