Our client, a leading high-end retail supplier based in Dublin 12, is looking for a Corporate Receptionist on a permanent basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To ensure that clients and visitors receive a high-quality, client-focused approach as soon as they enter the Reception areas.
  • Ensure the needs of the client/visitor are met and a flexible approach to meeting these needs is shown at all times.
  • To provide cover to the Reception desk by ensuring a seamless service by the effective use of resources available
  • Ensure Reception areas are tidy and well maintained at all times.
  • Daily administration of Switchboard, Reception In-box, Post, Couriers, Taxis, Meeting Room Bookings, Travel, Stationery, Printing, Reception Logs, Archiving.
  • Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within a business environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills are required as first point of contact for clients.
  • Good team player.
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Good oral and written communication.
  • PC literacy is essential across all MS Office packages.
  • Fluent, clear and articulate English
