  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients at senior level becoming a trusted partner.
  • Build a strong post-sales strategy for your portfolio of accounts
  • Account strategy planning and building success plans
  • Lead customers through digital transformation
  • Lead new retention and growth initiatives
  • Help with the recruiting for the customer success team


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in post-sales account management
  • Experience with digital marketing an advantage
  • Experience of managing an account portfolio of large and global accounts at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proven experience of maintaining account relationships at senior level.
