Digital Marketing Associate Manager


Our client, a leading multinational, is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Associate Manager for an initial 6-month contract. They are looking for a proactive motivated problem-solver and multi-tasker, adept to working in an innovation and experimental environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the programme launch and ongoing collaboration experience for account-based marketers, client account teams, and the company’s clients.
  • Work closely with ABM account teams, M+C marketing leads, MMS CRM leads, Events Management, CIO, Creative Services, Brand, and Email Marketing teams to manage and support ongoing client room requirements and requests.
  • Help develop and deliver training and guidance covering best practices
  • Deliver insights – Objectively deliver engagement insights and help create a culture of data-driven decision making to assist with effective future program scale.
  • Tell story and communicate results – Identify successes, failures, trends and best practices to implement for continuous programme improvement.
  • Assist with growth, scale, and innovation of the new programme
  • Continuously monitor client feedback and market changes for opportunities and updates in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and client collaboration.
  • Promote the programme globally to various stakeholders to increase interest and participation in the program.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience, with 3 years of that comprised of technical and/or digital marketing specialisation
  • Professional services or business-to-business marketing experience a big plus.
  • Demonstrated skills in digital marketing and analytics across web & mobile. .
  • Experience with Salesforce an advantage
  • Experience with sales enablement, account management, and community management.
  • Ability to operate with a high level of energy, autonomy, commitment and enthusiasm to take on a complex, challenging role in a dynamic organization.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with colleagues in various geographic locations, demonstrated ability to be effective in virtual working environments.
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
