  • Run the Food & Beverage department including supervising the Food & Beverage team
  • Manage staff performance issues in compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Recruit, manage, train and develop the Food & Beverage team
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Supporting the General Manager in the strategic running of the hotel
  • Operate within departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well managed schedules, prepare weekly rosters
  • Set departmental targets and objectives, work schedules, policies and procedures
  • Maintain good communication and work relationships in all hotel areas and with external customers and suppliers
  • Carry out DM shifts when required
  • Assist other departments wherever necessary


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Food & Beverage Manager/Supervisor
  • Provide strong customer and guest service
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Provide training and support to junior employees
  • Flexibility in hour a must
