- To ensure that clients and visitors receive a high-quality, client-focused approach as soon as they enter the Reception areas.
- Ensure the needs of the client/visitor are met and a flexible approach to meeting these needs is shown at all times.
- To provide cover to the Reception desk by ensuring a seamless service by the effective use of resources available
- Ensure Reception areas are tidy and well maintained at all times.
- Daily administration of Switchboard, Reception In-box, Post, Couriers, Taxis, Meeting Room Bookings, Travel, Stationery, Printing, Reception Logs, Archiving.
- Establish effective day-to-day business relationships with the client and take a proactive approach to requirements.
- Experience within a business environment.
- Excellent customer service skills are required as first point of contact for clients.
- Experience in basic bookkeeping would be an advantage
- Good accuracy and attention to detail.
- Good oral and written communication.
- PC literacy is essential across all MS Office packages.
- Fluent, clear and articulate English
