Head of Sales


Our client, a leading IT Services Provider, is looking for an experienced Head of Sales. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a growing company. The role is hybrid with an office based in Dublin West.

You will be responsible in managing the commercial sales team with an excellent package for the right candidate.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Primary account director on important client accounts
  • Manage a team of 3.
  • Look after sales team recruitment
  • Engage with the wider management team to provide input into the strategic direction of the organisation
  • Work closely with the marketing function to define suitable campaigns and events
  • Manage relationship with key partners
  • Set, measure and deliver on gross margin targets
  • Work closely with our Head of Delivery to ensure pipeline coverage for all service lines
  • Report on all metrics and KPIs to Group Sales Director

REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years’ experience in IT sales, with at least 4 years at management level
  • Experience of identifying, qualifying and winning large and complex IT services contracts
  • Experience working in a consultative sales role.
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
  • Experience of managing multiple, complex customer engagements
