RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary account director on important client accounts
- Manage a team of 3.
- Look after sales team recruitment
- Engage with the wider management team to provide input into the strategic direction of the organisation
- Work closely with the marketing function to define suitable campaigns and events
- Manage relationship with key partners
- Set, measure and deliver on gross margin targets
- Work closely with our Head of Delivery to ensure pipeline coverage for all service lines
- Report on all metrics and KPIs to Group Sales Director
REQUIREMENTS
- 10+ years’ experience in IT sales, with at least 4 years at management level
- Experience of identifying, qualifying and winning large and complex IT services contracts
- Experience working in a consultative sales role.
- Strong communication skills; written, verbal and presentation
- Experience of managing multiple, complex customer engagements
