Our client, a nursing home is look for a part time HR Administrator for 1 day per week in Dublin West/City Centre.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Induction of new staff
  • Annual Performance Reviews
  • Probation Reviews
  • Implementing Policies and checking that they are implemented
  • Monitor absences, sick leave etc.
  • Disciplinary procedures
  • Available to answer employee questions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good planning & organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
