HR Business Partner

Our client, a successful Group, is seeking a HR Business Partner to join the team on a permanent basis based in Dublin city centre.

  • Coach, mentor and guide management in areas of talent management, performance management, organisational design and employee engagement.
  • Drive and implement talent management strategies that are aligned to the overall HR strategy
  • Partner with the L&D team to build and deliver organisation and leadership development programmes
  • Effectively manage employee relations matters in a timely and sensitive manner
  • Provide HR administration support in the delivery of health and safety, employment contracts, absence management, probation and appraisal reviews

  • An expert in collaboration and can influence stakeholders at all levels resulting in strong and positive outcomes
