HR Career Advisor Analyst


Our client, a successful multinational is seeking a HR Career Advisor Analyst on an initial 6-month contract basis based in Dublin city centre but working remotely for now.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Represent and/or support individuals in the scheduling process by understanding their needs, preferences, skills, etc. while balancing resource pool priorities and metrics.
  • Search for open roles that comply with staffing principles for the individual
  • Balance short-term chargeability with best fit roles for the individual
  • Proactively communicate availability of people/skills to relevant leadership and drive to schedule available resources
  • Proactively contact individuals prior to rolling off to discuss next role and preferences
  • Accountable for filling demand logged to assigned resource pool, searching for candidates and proposing recommended candidates through myScheduling
  • Identify alternative sources of supply in order to fill all open demand
  • Produce weekly Supply/Demand MI for resource pool leadership with a focus on issue resolution and effective decision-making

REQUIREMENTS

  • Professional Qualifications: Human Resource/Service Delivery Management certification preferred
  • Graduate degree (preferred in Human Resource Management)
  • Demonstrated work experience in an HR or business operations capacity
  • Experience of supply/demand management and/or resource management processes
  • Experience of delivering HR services to internal/external clients is preferred
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
