HR Programme and Operations Associate Manager

Our client, a leading multinational, is now seeking a HR Programme and Operations Associate Manager on an initial 12-month contract based in Dublin 2.

The HR Programme and Associate Manager is responsible for a number of key areas within the Operations HR team, including management of strategic projects and initiatives, contractor management interlock and working with Human Resources and Payroll to drive continuous improvement and change.

  • Act as a central point of co-ordination to ensure effective management and delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Work closely with Procurement to ensure that there is alignment with local Talent Strategy
  • Act as a point of co-ordination and escalation on all matters related to contractors including Employee Relations matters
  • Work closely with human resources and payroll to ensure effective partnership and identify areas for improvement and change
  • Design change requests as needed and collaborate with human resources and payroll to ensure effective implementation
  • Manage Payroll Senior Analyst and ensure effective processing of payroll inputs and query support
  • Actively manage all areas of audit, compliance and internal controls.
  • Ensure optimum approach to data management across Operations Ireland
  • Produce monthly dashboard bringing employee insights to business





  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Minimum 3 years HR experience
  • Experience in a large, multi-national organisation or consultancy preferred
  • Experience with a global, multi-cultural, virtual work environment preferred
  • Ability to build, sustain and influence relationships with key stakeholders and able to develop networks as appropriate
