- Work closely with Head of HR
- Manage the HR team
- Responsible for managing an array of business-critical HR activities
- designing and implementing best in class HR policies and procedures
- Participate in a range of high impact projects
- Relevant third level qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a HR Manager role.
- Minimum 1 years' experience in professional services.
- Understanding of leading-edge HR methodologies, policies and procedures.
- Practical knowledge of employment law
- Attention to detail and excellent project management skills.
- Knowledge of psychometric tools and HR software systems would be advantageous
- Commercial awareness
