In-House Recruiter

Our client, a leading multinational, is seeking to recruit a Recruiter to join their recruitment team on an initial 12-month contract with possibility of permanency

  • Conduct screening calls with eligible candidates
  • Liaise with the candidate and hiring managers to agree interview times
  • Use job boards, social media platforms, and database to source appropriate candidates
  • Manage multiple sourcing requests from stakeholders and prioritize accordingly
  • Follow up with Hiring Managers for interview feedback
  • Keep talent acquisition system records up to date with current candidate status
  • Manage temp to perm, transfer and promotion recruitment
  • Liaise and cooperate with recruiting colleagues as required


  • Minimum 1 year recruitment experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and eager to progress career in the recruitment sector
