RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supporting the company’s team of Directors, external Sales team & internal Sales team
- Work closely with the team to implement the 2021 marketing strategy (across website management, social media, digital advertising, print advertising, PR/events/sponsorships etc)
- Content creation: develop digital & print materials to support ongoing promotions, new product launches, showroom collateral etc
- Social media management – organic and paid – across multiple platforms including analysis & reporting
- Manage and grow online shop and all website content across new product/brands/promotions/blog post creation etc. Analysis through Google Analytics and tailor strategy accordingly
- Create, measure & adjust Google AdWords campaigns, SEO activity and paid social media campaigns
- Coordinate CPD webinars set up, promotion and post-seminar follow up
- Project management including coordination of external suppliers including printers, designers etc
- Proactive regular communication with Membership affiliations, manufacturers, Press contacts etc
- Brochure creation, production and roll-out as required
- Internal communications to ensure the team are aware of all upcoming marketing activity & initiatives
- Support commercial initiatives and projects when required
REQUIREMENTS
- Marketing qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a product marketing role essential
- Experience with Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Facebook advertising and Mailchimp (or similar email software)
- Video creation/editing skills and advantage
- Knowledge of /marketing experience in Interior Design/Architecture, home improvement or construction industry a distinct advantage
- Graphic Design training/abilities will be a distinct advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical and reporting knowledge
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organisational skills
