Payroll Administrator - 20 hours per week

Our client, an established Payroll Bureau is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator for 20 hours per week based in South Dublin, for an initial 12 month contract. In return for your expertise you will have the opportunity to join a fast-moving organisation and work with a great team of people.






  • Run weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls for existing portfolio of clients
  • Dealing with BIK, pensions, voluntary and statutory deductions
  • Dealing with both client and employee issues
  • Payroll reconciliations and PAYE submission using ROS


  • A minimum of 3-5 years payroll experience in a busy environment
  • Europay experience an advantage
  • Knowledge of relevant PRSI/Tax legislation
  • Strong positive attitude and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • The ability to work as part of a team
  • IPASS preferable
