RESPONSIBILITIES
· Be professional and well presented in representation of the Company
· Answer all telephone calls and transfer as appropriate on a very busy switchboard
· Be able to deal with day-to-day queries effectively
· Meet and greet all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
· Deal with incoming and outgoing post
· Ensure that reception is well presented at all times.
· General administration duties as requested
REQUIREMENTS
· 2-3 years previous receptionist experience on a busy reception switchboard a must
· Excellent phone manner and administration skills
· Previous experience in dealing with customer complaints
· Excellent organization skills
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels
· Highly focused and organized individual
· Proficiency in MS Windows and Office are a must with an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
· Good team player – must enjoy being part of, and actively participating in a team environment
· Excellent attention to detail with an ability to co-ordinate various tasks simultaneously without getting flustered
· Ability to work on own initiative
