RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own and deliver against the overall revenue and gross margin target for the business line
- Manage and develop your own customer base
- Ensure the 2 Sales Resources under your management achieve sales targets
- Maintain and report on all actuals and forecasts for the business line at financial review with the senior management team each month
- Work closely with marketing to develop and ensure follow up on relevant campaigns and events
- Manage relevant partner relationships and maintain existing contracts where required.
- Make full use of the database in terms of resourcing, logging, information gathering and follow-up.
- Offering suitable candidates/contractors positions and finalising details of same.
- Agree pricing on each opportunity and qualify business requirements in full.
- Manage the contractual lifecycle with the customer.
- Liaising with the sales team/client re open positions and suitable candidates.
- Identifying pro-active methods of recruitment and continuously looking for new ways to improve the service to the client.
- Keep the manager updated on sales activity, targets, pipelines and forecasts
- Ensure all appropriate information on customer development activity and pipeline is recorded on our internal systems
- Completing all reporting requirements on time for the Sales Director as agreed.
- Achieve account growth and retention targets.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1+ years sales management experience
- Account Management experience
- Resourcing/recruitment experience (Technology or IT).
- Experience in the IT contacting market an advantage
- Account management experience.
- Good forecasting skills
- A professional manner and experience in dealing with clients face to face.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to present and network at all levels within an organisation
- Strong organisational skills
