Talent Scheduling Administrator

Our client, a leading multinational is seeking a Talent Scheduling Administrator on an initial 6-month contract basis.






  • Contact individuals showing as available and request calendar updates
  • Ask individuals to update CVs
  • Contact individuals to verify roll-off dates
  • Follow up with individuals about their chargeability results
  • Reporting such as downloading supply reports, preparing chargeability reports and other ad-hoc reporting requirements
  • Data cleansing (updating start dates, talent segments, role fulfilment entities)
  • Ensure roles are tagged as open to contractors, cross-border staffing where appropriate
  • Support with confirming roll-off dates with accounts
  • Demand reporting such as roll-offs, FTE (full time equivalent) usage on accounts
  • Follow up with projects to request feedback on CVs proposed


  • 1-2 years of related work experience
  • Good communication and relationship management skills
  • Good excel skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
