RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop new and existing business for the company’s product
- Achieve product specifications, undertake product demonstrations and deliver CPD seminars.
- Develop key relationships
- Provide technical product/project expertise and training to contractors, specifiers and specialist installers, where required.
- Manage key customer accounts.
- Introduce all new products and services offered by the company
- Responsible for negotiating terms of an agreement and closing of sales.
- Responsible for negotiating price variation, delivery and specification with customers.
- Provide assistance with budgets, strategy, planning and forecasting when required.
- Attend production scheduling, sales and marketing meetings, trade events and
- conferences as required.
- Prepare and deliver all reports and letters in an accurate and timely manner.
- Demonstrate a lead by example approach to all aspects of Health & Safety.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3rd Level qualification in relevant field (Engineering, Sales & Marketing etc.)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in technical sales
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Work well independently
- Ability to work in a high-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
