- Minimum 3 years’ experience working as Telesales Supervisor/Manager
- Minimum 5 years’ outbound sales experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Hands-on and motivational style to inspire their team
- Full driving licence
