Vendor Program Coordinator with French

Our client, a successful multinational, is seeking a Vendor Program Coordinator with French with responsibility for vendor and contract management of deals, implementations and issue resolutions.

Dublin North





·         Understand and interpret contracts

·         Build and maintain key vendor relationships

·         Reading and interpret financial statements

·         Manage implementation of contracts in line with negotiations

·         Monitor vendor KPIs

·         Resolve complaints/issues and work with internal client and vendor to resolve

·         Responsible for tracking savings and cost avoidance, dealing with financial planning and forecasting


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience of working in a fast-paced procurement environment
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships
  • Completely literate in English and French languages
