Our client, an established organisation, with a strong record of building high quality commercial and residential projects are seeking a Financial Controller to manage the finance function.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Day to day management of finance function
  • Review and improve financial systems
  • Project costing
  • Margin analysis and sales reporting
  • Financial modelling and cashflow management
  • Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts and commentary
  • WIP
  • Financial analysis and delivery of KPI reporting
  • Manage statutory and year end close
  • Fixed Asset Management
  • Review and manage cap ex
  • Performance reporting
  • Project work

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience within the construction sector
  • Commercial orientation
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills/ability to prioritize work
  • Good interpersonal skills
