RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and initiatives to maximise income generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with donors and stakeholders.
- Enhance existing fundraising activities and develop new fundraising opportunities, materials and resources.
- Build strong collaborative relationships with colleagues across the organisation in order to achieve strategic objectives.
- Monitor and report on fundraising performance, providing regular updates to senior management and the board.
- Oversee the fundraising team, providing guidance, training, and support for professional development.
- Inputting and processing of information on CRM and IT systems.
- Develop fundraising ads for internal and external channels.
REQUIREMENTS
- The successful candidate will be a talented fundraising professional with a proven track record in designing and implementing fundraising strategies
- Professional/ academic qualifications in a relevant business-related discipline e.g. Fundraising, sales, management, marketing, or related field.
- High levels of computer literacy.
- Excellent communication /presentation skills
- Proven leadership/team management skills
